PANT ROBBER! Man Caught Stealing FEMALE UNDIES In Imo State [Photos]

A man yet to be identified was caught red-handed stealing female underwear's and other clothing material in Imo state.

It was how ever reported that the man came from another community called from Obowo to Umuokoro Umuihi village in Ihitter/Ubboma L.G.A in other to execute the task before he was caught by the member of community.
